What to know before you continue
Is the personalised preview really free?
Yes. You do not enter card details or place a R0 Shopify order to start. We begin building only after your guided questionnaire is complete and your wedding information and photographs pass our checks.
Can I use the free preview as my wedding website?
No. The preview is a locked, unlisted review version. It cannot be used as a public wedding website, accept real RSVPs, provide a guest dashboard or be revised before payment.
What does the R999 payment unlock?
R999 once off unlocks one consolidated content revision and the final approval and launch process. The working RSVP form, private dashboard and CSV export become available only after final launch, which also starts the included hosting period.
Can I pay R999 immediately instead of starting free?
Yes. Choose the pay-now option beside the free-preview button. Your secure Shopify and PayFast order follows the existing paid route and we email your questionnaire after payment.
Do I have to build the website myself?
No. You complete the guided questionnaire and upload usable photographs. Dot To Dot assembles the supported design, checks it on phone and desktop, and sends your review link.
How long does the first preview take?
The first locked preview is prepared within five to seven business days after your complete questionnaire, wedding details and photographs pass our checks.
Can I request changes to the free preview?
The free preview does not include a revision round. After payment, you may send one consolidated list of content changes. If Dot To Dot built something incorrectly from your approved information, we correct that without using your included revision.
Can I share the website through WhatsApp?
After payment, approval and launch, yes. You receive one phone-ready link to share through WhatsApp, email, a digital invitation or a printed invitation. Keep the locked preview link private while reviewing it.
Can I see and download RSVP replies?
After payment and launch, you receive a private RSVP dashboard. You can search replies, see guest totals, review meal and dietary information, and download the current list as a CSV file.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. A custom domain can be quoted as an optional addition. The R999 package uses the standard Dot To Dot address.
What happens after twelve months of hosting?
The R999 package includes the first twelve months of hosting. Any continued hosting would require a separate agreement and is not charged or renewed automatically.
How do payment and shipping work?
This is a digital service, so no shipping is required. If you choose to enter the paid revision and launch process, the R999 once-off payment is completed securely through Shopify and PayFast.
